A Journey of Deep Connection and Transformation

Martha Leimonis, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Martha Leimonis, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP (she/her)

Therapy with me is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or forgotten. I create a space where you can be fully seen and heard, free from judgment. With curiosity, self-compassion, and trust guiding our work, you can explore your journey at your own pace.

I believe healing begins with understanding your story—the one you've lived and the one you've been telling yourself. Together, we won't focus on quick fixes or advice but on uncovering the deeper narratives that shape your life. Through this process, we'll reveal the strengths within you that have always been there, waiting to help you move forward.

Through a combination of somatic work, narrative therapy, and trauma-sensitive practices, we'll explore how your emotions, body, and mind can work together for greater peace, balance, and healing. At a pace that feels right for you, I'll support you in building the tools needed to face life's challenges and rediscover joy, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.

I'm not here to help you cope but to help you thrive. This work requires vulnerability, and I'll stand by you, offering patience, empathy, and understanding as we uncover the path that feels most authentic to you. Together, we'll build a new way forward where you feel empowered, whole, and deeply connected to your true self.

Therapy is not about "fixing" what's broken; it's about rediscovering the wholeness that's already within you. If you're ready to explore the next chapter of your life, I'm here to walk beside you with warmth and a deep commitment to your healing.

My Mental Health Journey

As someone who has personally navigated trauma, I understand how isolating it can feel when your struggles aren’t fully understood. For years, I felt disconnected from myself and my emotions. Through my healing journey—working with Polyvagal-Informed Therapies, Somatic Experiencing, and other approaches—I’ve learned to manage anxiety, reconnect with my inner self, and embrace the present moment.

My journey has shaped how I approach therapy. I believe healing starts from within, and I’ve come to appreciate our inner wisdom. When we feel seen, heard, and supported, we tap into our ability to transform and transcend pain.

I’m dedicated to helping others reconnect with their strength and voice. Through curiosity and compassion, we begin to uncover what is most true and authentic within. If you feel ready to begin this journey, I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you rediscover the version of yourself that feels most whole and aligned.
