A Journey of Deep Connection and Transformation

Martha Leimonis, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Martha Leimonis, Registered Psychotherapist, MACP (she/her)

Therapy with me is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, forgotten, or carried silently in your body. I create a space where you can be fully seen and heard, free from judgment. With curiosity, self-compassion, and trust guiding our work, we explore your internal experience at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

You may already understand your patterns, yet still feel stuck. Healing begins by engaging not just your thoughts but your nervous system and bodily experience, where these patterns often live. Together, we gently explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns are held in your body, how they shape your emotions and impulses, and how your innate strengths can support you in moving forward.

Through psychodynamic depth, Internal Family Systems, somatic techniques, and trauma-sensitive practices, we create a collaborative process where your mind, body, and nervous system work together. This allows your body and nervous system to process what has been held, opening space for greater regulation, connection, and authenticity.

This work is not about coping. It is about transformation. It requires courage and vulnerability, and I stand beside you with patience, empathy, and attunement as we navigate your journey. The goal is not to fix what is broken, but to uncover the wholeness that is already within you and help you live from that place.

If you are ready to move beyond patterns that no longer serve you and step into a more embodied, authentic, and empowered way of being, I am here to walk beside you.

My Journey to Healing and Embodiment

I have personally navigated trauma and discovered the transformative power of somatic work, emotional release, and Polyvagal-informed approaches. These experiences taught me how the mind, body, and nervous system can work together to process held emotions, reconnect with inner strength, and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment. This journey shapes how I guide clients to reconnect with their authentic selves, process what has been held in their bodies, and create lasting transformation.

Through this work, I’ve learned that healing begins from within, and when we feel seen, heard, and supported, we tap into our innate ability to move beyond coping and step into wholeness. I am dedicated to walking alongside others as they uncover what is most true and authentic within themselves.
