Using somatic and experiential approaches, we’ll explore how each partner’s internal experiences—emotions, triggers, and patterns—impact the relationship and influence connection.


Together, we’ll identify unconscious dynamics, enhance understanding of each other’s needs, and rebuild trust and intimacy. My approach is collaborative and attuned, supporting you both in creating strategies and practices that foster connection, presence, and mutual understanding.
